Stop running ads when app opens

Two things prevent this from being a five-star game. First, every time you open the app, they show an ad for one of their other apps at opening. If you touch any part of the screen a fraction of a second too early, youre switched to the App Store, even if you already own the app.

Second, the user-created scenarios are mostly lame. They need to add some professionally designed scenarios.
